– During last night’s airing of Friday Night SmackDown on The Score in Canada WWE ran an advertisement for No Mercy where they promoted the main events as John Cena vs. Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing Bout and Batista vs. Undertaker. It is unknown whether WWE changed the main event from Batista/Undertaker to Batista/The Great Khali or if they will be changing the bout to feature Undertaker.
– Jim Ross was on the sidelines at last night’s Oklahoma/Tulsa college football game on ESPN 2 Friday night.
– In a recent press release issued by The Dover Speedway touting Ric Flair’s appearance at today’s NASCAR race in Dover, DE, he is referred to as a “former WWE wrestler and former champion.” It remains to be seen if Flair is really in fact finished with WWE.
– Last night’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown did a 2.7 fast national rating.
