According to Bang Showbiz, WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella has confirmed she will not be returning to Total Divas next season:

The Bella Twins to Appear On ‘Today’ This Week
Following John Cena’s return to the “Today” show this week, to promote the new season of Total Bellas and discuss his breakup with Nikki Bella, the “Today” show has announced The Bella Twins will be appearing on the show on Wednesday.
The Twins will likely speak further on comments made earlier this week by both John Cena and Nikki Bella, which just days before the premiere of Total Bellas have many people questioning the legitimacy of Cena and Nikki’s breakup and the possibility of a reconciliation.
