Shortly after last night’s episode of SmackDown, it was confirmed that WWE Superstar Tye Dillinger has asked for his release from the company. The news was broken by the wrestler himself and he said that he has enjoyed his time working for WWE and has nor regrets about his time there. Prior to asking for his release, Dillinger was posting messages on his social media accounts which seemed to indicate that he was frustrated with his position in the company. Dillinger even informed fans that he tried to go back to NXT but was denied this request by WWE officials. “The Perfect 10” recently returned to the ring from a hand injuryjist week’s ago, but he’ll be leaving to take on the next step in his wrestling career very soon.
Shortly after the news was broken by Dillinger, several wrestlers and close friends of his reacted to it on social media. As reported previously, Dillinger’s former tag team partner Cody Rhodes commented on his choice to leave WWE, and Joey Ryan posted a tweet on the matter as well. Some of Tye’s WWE companions have since reacted to Dillinger’s choice to leave. The New Day each said some words regarding Tye Dillinger. Also, the likes of Dolph Ziggler, No Way Jose, Nikki Cross, Rusev, and others have all wished Dillinger well on his next endeavor. There is no word on where Dillinger plans on wrestling after leaving WWE, but he is one of several stars who have asked for their releases lately. Tye has not been granted his release of as now.

NXT UK has launched and is currently going strong with a string of memorable events, but the show isn’t just limited to taking place in Great Britain. In fact, PWInsider has just reported that the brand will be coming over to Scotland in the very near future. WWE is coming to the Download Festival in Glasgow, Scotland this year, and the company will supposedly be taping episodes of NXT Uk while they are at the event. WWE has been part of the Download Festival over the past few years and have had NXT Superstars compete there. NXT UK will be coming to Braehead Arena in April 19-20th, then the Download Festival on June 14-16, and then in Plymouth
