It was confirmed last week that tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw will feature a Fatal 4-Way match to determine who will join John Cena, “The Drifter” Elias, The Miz, Roman Reigns, and Braun Strowman as the final entrant into the Elimination Chamber match this year. The match will see Finn Balor, Matt Hardy, Bray Wyatt, and Apollo Crews compete against each other for the spot. However, Reddit user BBQJackson noted that WWE posted an image on their official website showing Balor as the sixth entrant in the match. This could very well spoil the result of that match if it does turn out to be true. The winner of the match will be determined during the show later on tonight.
Ever since Bayley debuted on WWE’s main roster, she and Sasha Banks have been thick as thieves. However, recent reports and teases during WWE shows seem to suggest that their friendship will be coming to an end very soon. The two have since teased an end to their alliance even more so on social media over the weekend. For those who were eager to see if this would lead up to a match or not, WWE has confirmed that Banks will be facing Bayley on tonight’s edition of Raw. This does not mean that their friendship is over, but given the fact that Bayley is rumored to be turning heel soon, it looks like a true rivalry between these two will present itself on WWE television eventually.
WWE and ESPN announced earlier today that Ivory is officially the newest member of the WWE Hall of Fame. She will now join Goldberg and the Dudley Boyz in this year’s class. Unfortunately, ESPN’s initial announcement had some fans curious due to simple mistake. It seems as though ESPN may have accidentally mixed up the name of Ivory (real name Lisa Moretti) with another former WWE Superstar, Victoria (real name Lisa Marie Varon.) ESPN has since removed the tweet, but the WrestleVotes account was able to provide a screenshot of the original tweet. As of now, Victoria has not been announced for the WWE Hall of Fame this year.
ESPN screwed up its Hall of Fame announcement, which they have probably had the information for weeks now. Tagged @REALLiSAMARiE (Victoria), who is not getting inducted. pic.twitter.com/nI1jQofPWn
