It is no secret that Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon have not had the best relationship over the past few weeks, but Bryan has officially announced a new concept exclusive to Smackdown which will hopefully restore their friendship. Bryan has revealed that the Smackdown Top 10 list will be a list used by himself and Shane McMahon to help determine what the fans will see on Smackdown. The stars of Smackdown will be instructed to vote for the most talented, the most athletic, and the biggest locker room leader, which could then earn them future opportunities. Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan are not eligible to vote, and a Smackdown talent cannot vote for himself or herself. The list will debut on tonight’s episode of Smackdown.

Ronda Rousey finally arrived in WWE for good at the very end of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view from this past weekend. The huge signing earned WWE some major media attention, so it did seem strange for Rousey not to be on Raw last night. Triple H revealed to USA Today that Rousey was not featured on Raw last night because she is back in Colombia filming a movie. Rousey claimed that she could not attend the Royal Rumble event due to her commitments for filming the movie, but she is now back to finish working on the film. “She’ll finish up this movie, and then she’s in,” Triple H said before adding. “She’ll be at the Performance Center, she’ll be training and working with us every day. And we’ll see where it goes. It is not for lack of desire or motivation, if anything. The two times she has been at the Performance Center training, we’ve had to try to get her to back off because she will train all day and all night if we let her.” Once her upcoming movie has wrapped filming, she will officially be a WWE Superstar.

Impact Wrestling has reportedly just lost Jeremy Borash to WWE. Borash had been one of the true MVPs of Impact for several years, but just hours after his reported departure broke, the promotion has announced a few new signings for themselves. Desi Hit Squad, a new faction consisting of Indian wrestlers, will be debuting on a future episode of Impact on Pop TV very soon. The group will be led by Gama Singh, and three other individuals will be representing India as part of the new stable. Singh will oversee Rohit Raju, Vikas Kumar, Gursinder Singh, and Bhupinder Singh. No word on when this group will officially arrive in Impact Wrestling, but the promotion’s official press release states that they should be on television “in the coming months.”

As part of our commitment to showcasing the most promising Indian performers, a new stable known as Desi Hit Squad led by the legendary @GR8GamaSingh will debut on IMPACT in the coming months.
