According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has taken action against his former talent manager, Melinda Morris Zanoni, who Flair fired back in September of 2017 following his hospitalization.
Flair is in the process of suing Zanoni as he believes she embezzled money owed to him from his ESPN documentary, and now Flair believes she forged a statement endorsing Zanoni on her website. Below is the quote posted on the Legacy Talent website, which Flair alleges was falsely attributed to him:
Legacy Talent is the greatest agency in the country and Melinda is the ultimate brand-maker. She is the smartest, most professional person I have ever been involved with in my entire life and she micro-manages my career to perfection. Anyone who is fortunate to work with her will go a long way in life.
Flair claims he never made the above statement, and furthered he believes Zanoni penned it herself, so he had his attorney sent her a letter demanding the statement be removed from the site, and Zanoni reportedly obliged.
