According to PWInsider.com, Rhyno was backstage at WWE RAW last night in San Diego. He also worked this past weekend’s tour in South America.
The ECW legend was “fired” on RAW last week by Baron Corbin after he lost a match to Heath Slater, who was also fired as an in-ring competitor and offered a job as a referee.
It’s unknown whether or not WWE has plans to bring Rhyno back to television if Corbin is relieved of his duty as acting-RAW General Manager, but the company released the video below explaining that he will fulfill his contractual obligations at this month’s WWE Live events around the country. He also noted that he will NOT be retiring, despite recent reports to the contrary.
