WWE Hall of Fame announcer Bobby Heenan has been hospitalized after falling on Wednesday morning, according to “Mean” Gene Okerlund on Twitter.
Okerlund said Heenan, 71, will require a few days in the hospital to recover from his spill.
Heenan was scheduled to appear at a gathering of wrestling legends this weekend in Milwaukee along with Okerlund. Heenan has canceled after being admitted to the hospital, reports Pro Wrestling Sheet.
Heenan is being monitored for the next three days because he has low blood pressure, according to Milwaukee promoter David Herro.
