RMC Sport report that Paris Saint-Germain striker Mauro Icardi has again missed training this Monday, in the midst of an apparent falling out with his wife Wanda.
Following a war of words over social media between the pair, the Argentina international had returned to Milan yesterday and appeared to have resolved the situation, before a new post from his wife and agent today cast doubt on their apparent reconciliation.
Speaking in his pre-Leipzig press conference this afternoon, manager Mauricio Pochettino indicated that an assessment would be made this evening as to whether his compatriot is in the right state of mind to play a part tomorrow.
“Concerning Mauro Icardi and his personal problems, he wasn’t able to train today but he will be in the squad for tomorrow. We’ll see tonight what the situation is and whether he can play or not.”
