As reported by Ouest France, PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino will meet with club president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi next week during Paris’ mid-week tour of Qatar to discuss his future in France.

Speaking to Amazon Prime Video after PSG’s 4-0 win at Montpellier last night, the Argentine explained: “I’m relaxed, we’ll see what happens. I have one year left on my contract and I don’t listen to the rumours.”

Having failed to land the Manchester United job, Pochettino is unlikely to quit PSG this summer with few other options open to him, although Athletic Bilbao reportedly registered their interest in the coach this week, while Paris will need to pay up to €15m to sack Pochettino.

Meanwhile, the club are widely expected to switch coach this off-season and PSG meet with Porto manager Sérgio Conceição over replacing the former Spurs coach recently. Although their preferred option remains Zinedine Zidane.
