Jake Tapper noted Tuesday how President Donald Trump was attempting to use the State of the Union address to raise money for his 2020 election campaign.
The host of CNN’s “The Lead” explained ahead of the speech how Trump’s campaign was promising to display the names of supporters who’d made a donation onscreen of its livestream.
