According to Ouest France, former Stade de Reims and Lyon manager Hubert Fournier has reached a contractual agreement with FC Lorient to become their new manager, but there is a snag.

The local newspaper claims that Hubert Fournier has demanded that his assistant, Nicolas Usaï, is allowed to join Les Merlus with him. This is a request that has so far been refused.
