Manish Grover, the Haryana Minister of State for Cooperatives has courted controversy after he allegedly offered guns, money and gunmen to voters while campaigning for the municipal elections.
Grover who was addressing an election campaign in Rohtak’s Pahrawar village allegedly made the offer after some villagers complained that that one of the candidates in the fray was roaming with a gun and intimidating voters.
