Fashion East, the non-profit designer support scheme, has revealed
its lineup for Autumn/Winter 2015, which will see two new names presenting
their collections during the official London Fashion Week agenda, as the
fashion incubator aims to shake things up.

Westminster graduate Mary Benson and Central Saint Martins alumni Caitlin
Price will showcase their work alongside with Ed Marler, who returns to the
line-up for a second time. The organization has opted to rearrange its
format from presenting the designers collections in a single collective
show at the Topshop Show Space, to hosting two static presentations for the
women’s wear graduates and one catwalk show for the returning Marler.

“The team and our panel all feel strongly that young designers need to
showcase their collections in the way that suits them best, so this season
instead of the usual group runway show I’m excited that we’re accommodating
our two brilliant newcomers with presentations that can really draw guests
into their world,” explained Fashion East founder and director Lulu Kennedy
in a statement.

“We’ll also be showing Ed’s second collection in an intimate salon show –
all under one roof at the incredible ICA, one of my favourite places in
London.” The trio of selected designers will be following in the steps of
former Fashion East designers, which include Simone Rocha, Jonathan
Saunders and Marques Almeida and Simone Rocha, who have all earned success
in their own rights.
