As noted, WWE stars Nikki Bella and Nia Jax, along with WWE Hall of Famer Madusa, expressed their frustration on Twitter with WWE spending more time highlighting Ronda Rousey’s WWE debut rather than the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Another person who was not a big fan of how Ronda Rousey debuted in WWE is former ECW Champion Taz. During the most recent edition of his podcast, which you can listen to at this link, Taz said he felt Rousey coming out after the Rumble match diminished both Asuka’s Rumble win and the anticipation of who she would choose to challenge at WrestleMania.
