— A company, presumably a new wrestling company called “All Elite Wrestling” has filed for multiple trademarks over the last month to be used for broadcasting and merchandising purposes. Among them:
* All Elite Wrestling
* AEW
* Double or Nothing
* All Out
* Tuesday Night Dynamite
* Other various combinations
— Interestingly, the address of the company filing the trademarks is listed as the same as the location for TIAA Bank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags’ owner Shahid “Shad” Khan has long been rumored as having an interest in getting into professional wrestling and recently there was also a report suggesting that he was backing an unnamed promotion that was to be led by Chris Jericho and Jim Ross. Cody and The Young Bucks were rumored to be the main talent involved but all parties have either flat-out denied the rumor or have kept quiet.
— The filing of these trademarks related to Elite and All In do seem to strongly suggest what direction Cody and The Young Bucks will be taking in the future as all three will be free agents in 2019 but have not tipped their hat about re-signing with Ring of Honor nor have they expressed any legitimate interest in signing with WWE, who is also sure to make them significant offers. Kenny Omega would also be joining them as a marquee free agent in the new year.
