WWE NXT Superstar Scott Dawson of The Revival, who just lost the NXT Tag Team Titles to Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa at “Takeover: Toronto” on Saturday, posted a tweet knocking the SmackDown tag teams participating in last night’s Tag Team Turmoil match – The Usos, The Hype Bros, The Vaudevillains, Breezango, The Ascension and winners American Alpha.
He wrote, “We’re the hottest act in tag wrestling. You think we’re going to debut in a stupid multi-team gimmick match?! #TheRevival #TopGuys #GTTOAT”
Dawson deleted that tweet and later tweeted that it was “stupid” to say. You can check out his follow-up and a screenshot of the deleted tweet below:
