WWE is going to do everything to build up their “Greatest Royal Rumble” stadium show taking place on 4/27 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. If you are wondering why WWE would give away a 50-man Royal Rumble match at a live event, it’s simple. They are getting paid a ton of money for the show and it’s important for their TV deal in that part of the world.
PWInsider reported on Monday that WWE has reached out to Chris Jericho about returning to appear on that show and all signs indicate that he will be there. It’s not clear yet if this is just a one-shot deal or if this will lead to his full-time return to WWE television. WWE is attempting to bring in as many big names as possible for this show.
