Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, known collectively as The Revival, made their debut on the Raw after WrestleMania tonight, accepting an open challenge issued by The New Day. They defeated them, pinning Xavier Woods with the Shatter Machine before laying out Kofi Kingston after the match.
The Revival were last seen at NXT TakeOver: Orlando this past Saturday night in a losing effort against The Authors of Pain and DIY in a triple threat elimination match for the NXT tag team titles. After losing the match, it figured that they would be making their way to the main roster at some point soon.
Dawson and Wilder started teaming together in 2014 at NXT live events, going under the name The Mechanics. After a year of being used as enhancement talent on television, they were given a push, eventually winning the NXT Tag Team Championship in November of that year.
They held the belts twice before losing them for a final time to DIY at NXT TakeOver: Toronto last November.
