The Super Rugby Pacific semi-final schedule has been confirmed, as the last four teams standing are set to battle it out for glory.

Number two seeds Crusaders will host the first encounter when they take on fellow New Zealand outfit the Blues.

It is a repeat of last season’s final, where Scott Robertson’s men physically overwhelmed their opponents to claim a 21-7 triumph at Eden Park.

Easy quarter-final victories

Both teams dominated their respective quarter-finals with the Crusaders overcoming Fijian Drua 49-8 and the Blues proving too strong for the Waratahs emerging 41-12 triumphant on Friday.

The second Super Rugby semi-final takes place on Saturday where the only non-New Zealand side, the Brumbies, visits Hamilton to face the Chiefs.

Clayton McMillan’s charges have been the pacesetters throughout 2023, deservedly finishing at the summit, but they were pushed all the way by the Reds on Saturday.

They edged to a 29-20 victory and will hope to make it an Australian double by defeating the men from Canberra next weekend.

The Brumbies were involved in a thriller at GIO Stadium as they came from 33-25 down with 17 minutes remaining to snatch a 37-33 win.
